ReillyCo is a Colorado real estate development and investment firm founded by John Reilly. Over two decades, we have developed more than 200 properties across Denver, Vail, and the Roaring Fork Valley — building a reputation for quality, investor transparency, and the kind of patience that produces lasting returns.
John Reilly founded Reilly Properties in Denver in 2003 with a straightforward conviction: that residential real estate development, done with discipline and investor alignment at the center, could produce exceptional returns and exceptional places to live at the same time.
That conviction has been tested across 22 years, two decades of Colorado market cycles, and more than 200 individual properties. The firm has expanded from Denver's urban neighborhoods into the luxury communities of the Vail Valley and, more recently, into the Roaring Fork Valley — one of Colorado's most dynamic mountain real estate markets.
In that time, the firm evolved from Reilly Properties into ReillyCo — a tighter name for a tighter focus. The work has expanded from residential renovation into new construction, pop-top additions, commercial redevelopment, and luxury mountain residences. The standard has not moved.
Today, ReillyCo manages 22 documented projects, maintains $5–7M in deployable capital for rapid residential acquisitions, and is actively raising $10M in investor capital to accelerate development across its core markets.
“Every project is an investment, and every investment deserves excellence.”
We don't chase markets. We commit to them. Over 22 years, ReillyCo has built deep knowledge in the markets where Colorado's best real estate lives — urban Denver, the luxury communities of Vail, and the mountain valleys stretching west toward Aspen — and Florida's emerging Panhandle market.
ReillyCo is a founder-led firm. That means the people whose names are on this page are the same people making underwriting decisions, walking project sites, and taking investor calls.
